Terms of service
ORDERING
Customer Accounts: Customer account must be created prior to ordering. Upon approval you will be provided with a customer login. Wholesale accounts are available only to customers with a registered EIN. Proof of tax exempt status must be provided.
Required Order Amounts: An opening order of $150 (wholesale price) is required. Reorders must meet the $100 (wholesale price) threshold.
Minimum Order Quantities: Wholesale cardstock is sold only in packs. The respective pack size is listed on the product page. We are unable to break up packs or offer sales on single sheets. You may order as little as one pack of a particular item.
TERMS
Payment: Net FOB payment is due with order. We accept credit card or ACH.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Packaging: Items are shipped in case boxes (up to 50 pound boxes). Every effort is made to ensure items are carefully packed to arrive to you in perfect condition.
Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for shipping charges which are calculated at checkout. We use the least expensive shipping method available for your area and make every effort to ensure a timely delivery.
Local pickup: For customers in the local Utah area, customer pickup is available to save on shipping charges. Please select local pickup at checkout. You will receive email notification when items are ready to be picked up.
Shipping Window: Orders are packaged and shipped within four (4) business days.
RETURNS
Damaged Items: For items damaged in shipping, please contact us directly to discuss further.
Unwanted Items: We accept returns of unopened, undamaged items. Customer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
PRICING & RESALE RESTRICTIONS
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price): Pricing for online sales must not dip below 15% of Retail Suggested Price. For brick and mortar locations, pricing is at your discretion.
Marketplace Sales: We do not permit sales of cardstock or specialty papers on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy etc. You may sell online only on individual, approved websites. This applies to cardstock in it's basic form. If cardstock is sold as part of a craft kit, or as a completed project, marketplace sales are permitted. (See Angel Policy for more details).
Violation of these terms and conditions will result in cancellation of your wholesale account.
ANGEL POLICY
Encore Paper welcomes artists who would like to use cardstock purchased through our wholesale program in their papercrafting projects or craft kits produced to sell online. Encore gives permission in the form of a limited license to use our products for the purpose of creating items for sale on marketplaces or individual websites, under the following conditions:
- Craft kits must include more than just the basic cardstock. A craft kit would include project supplies needed for a specific project (with instructions), or cardstock that has been cut, diecut, printed or otherwise prepared for use in the craft kit.
- A variety pack of full sheets of cardstock does not constitute a craft kit.
- Completed projects using Encore cardstock may be sold on websites and marketplaces.
